Marathon Block Letters Gas Oil Sign All-Original Vintage. Approximately H 16″ x D 5″ x W 10. This is the large sign you would see outside of a Marathon gas station. Solid aluminum construction with great blue plastic letters. LED lights built in – untested. Sign is in decent condition – Light abrasions found throughout, no repairs – Two sections in its construction. Cleans up and displays very nicely! Measures approx: 16″ Tall x 5″ Deep and 10′ Wide. Great piece for your garage or man cave! All of my signs are completely original. They were exposed to the elements for years; so they bear the wear you might expect for a vintage fuel sign. The set is missing the F and i to complete the firestone. The letter could be made by a pro etal fab guy and porcelained. It would probably cost a bunch though. Hoping someone out there has the rest. About half the glass round insulators are gone, it feels like some of the letters have the transformers in them, a couple of letters have bent parts, see pics. Letters stand about 2 feet tall each and about 16-18 wide. Letters have some latex paint (red) on them. Letters are solid white once paint is removed. Toys R Us with the iconic reverse R. Letters are easy to move/transport. They measure roughly 1 in depth. The large R measures almost 6ft tall and 5ft wide! All letters are made of i believe plexy glass with vinyl front cover. Letters are all in good shape with normal fading/wear from years of hanging on a store. They do have some scuffs/marks are arent perfect but overall in good shape. Could me washed/waxed to clean up/brighten the colors. Came off a local store here in Akron Ohio. Message us for details!
