VINTAGE ORIGINAL 1948 CHEVROLET TIME NEON DEALER ADVERTISING CLOCK IN GREAT RUNNING CONDITION. THIS IS AN ORIGINAL 1848 CHEVROLET TIME NEON CLOCK THAT ADVERTISES FOR CLARK CHEVROLET OF MESICK, MICHIGAN. I REPLACED THE NEON TRANSFORMER AND CLOCK MOTOR AS SHOWN. THE TRANSFORMER WORKS BUT I DID NOT WANT ANY SHOCK HAZARD AND THE CLOCK MOTOR WOULD START AND STOP BUT IT MADE A LOUD NOISE SO I REPLACED IT WITH A BRAND NEW SYNCHRON MOTOR THAT RUNS LIKE A SWISS WATCH WITH NO NOISE! IT HAS EXCELLENT COLORS AND GRAPHICS ON THE FACE WITH SOME MINOR PAINT ISSUES ON THE ALUMINUM CASE AS SHOWN. IT MEASURES A LARGE 20 1/2” IN DIAMETER BY 6” THICK AND WAS MADE IN 1848 BY THE SIGN AND PICTORIAL LOCAL TRADES AND PAINTERS UNION LOCAL 214. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY RARE AND HIGHLY COLLECTABLE ORIGINAL CHEVROLET TIME NEON CLOCK THAT WILL MAKE AN EXCELLENT ADDITION TO ANY COLLECTION. THE CASE, MOTOR AND NEON WERE ALL DATED 1848 SO YOU KNOW WHEN IT WAS MADE.
