Circa 1988 not sure, but definitely 80’s! This works by using three fluorescents inside the sign to give it a neon-like appearance. The sign is a huge 36″ long, 16″ tall and 6 deep. Made of heavy duty steel, weighs about 30 pounds. No rust, minimal scratches, in excellent working condition. There is a bit of electrical tape wrapped around a small portion of the cord, which does not affect workability in any way. Came to me when a friend left it to move abroad, and has lived in my basement since then. I tried to show just how good this sign is with pics, as a well as a youtube video.
