Awesome vintage Lobster sign hand crafted years ago in the shape of a large lobster, It measures approx. 34 inches long X 17 across the large claws. Made from plywood and painted a reddish orange. Definitely New England most likely Maine or Cape Cod. What’s wrong with it? The sign is in pretty good condition, with some minor issues including paint loss, dings, dents, chips, cracks, scrapes, scratches, nicked edges, smudges, and crackling. Nice vintage condition with some typical signs of use. Sometimes the light makes a humming sound (like a fluorescent light) but you can usually shake it gently or move it and it will stop. See photos for measurements. One little rubber foot is missing. This is a very rare item and sure to be a valuable collectible in the future. I have no interest in any lowball offers.
