Just the clock lights up and not the Marquee. Has normal minimal scuffs/scratches. It was well taken care of. I don’t want to break anything. Everything works smoothly and looks great lit up! Pinwheel neon Clock, Electric neon clock co. Vintage , Antique, outdoor neon clock. Everything works fine and clock keeps good time, the pin wheel spinner works beautifully. The marquee insert is hand-painted and was professionally done over 35 years ago. If you watch it long enough it will lull you to sleep.. When I got this pinwheel its 3 neon tubes did not work , I replaced the transformer with a heavy duty unit and the 3 color neon tubes came to life, i also wired in a toggle switch to shut off the neon if you want, and clock and pinwheel spinner keeps running if neon is off or on.. Beautiful Red , green and white neon tubes lite up the nite. Its Condition is very nice used condition , with original blue paint under the white that was painted on when car-lot bldg was painted yrs ago.
