Up for sale is a rare vintage Hamms Beer. Rippler Scene O Rama Sign. This sign is in good condition with normal wear for its age. This sign is almost 50 years old and was in my dads bar, so please be advised that this sign has some flaws and has some character to it. Both bottom corners have some chipping, cracked and a section that is missing. The bottom right hinge has 3 of the plastic section that are not attached. There is a line that is in the middle of the motion script that goes all the way around the sign see pictures. The script moves all the way around with no issues. The pictures on the sides have some missing mounting screws that hold up the pictures in the back. I have installed 2 new 15 inches bulbs and 5 new ballast starters. See pics for detail. This was mfg between 1964-66 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the brewery. This sign has TWO motion panels-a waterfall breaking through the pines onthe left and a lake with 3 birch trees on the right. It has a curved woodgrain border with the dimensional Hamms logo in the center. 5 ft across and 12 inches high. The sign lights up but the motion panels do not work. The pictures are lifting under the glass. The gold trim around the corners of the sign are slightly fading. All imperfections listed are shown in the pictures. This sign has been owned by one person. Vintage Hamm’s Beer Rippler Motion Bar Advertising Sign/Light, 1960s, Works. SIGN LOOKS VERY NICE FOR ITS AGE. SIGN LOOKS AMAZING LIT UP AND WORKING!!!! HERE IS WHAT I SEE FOR FLAWS IN THE SIGN. SOME WEAR ON THE WORDING THE LAND OF SKY BLUE WATERS (AS PICTURED). BOTH PICTURES HAVE SOME WAVE TO THEM. THE WOODED LAKE LOOKS LIKE IT HAD SOMETHING GET ON IT AT SOME POINT IN TIME HOWEVER WHEN LIT YOU CANT SEE IT AND THE PICTURE LOOKS GREAT! THE TOP WHICH YOU CANT SEE WHEN HUNG LOOKS LIKE IT HAD SOME VERY MINOR PAINT SPLATTER AT SOME POINT. THE TAPE THAT HOLDS THE PIECE TOGETHER ON THE INSIDE THAT MOVES AROUND MUST HAVE HAD SOME YELLOWING AT SOME POINT BECAUSE I CAN FAINTLY SEE IT WHEN IT GOES AROUND. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK.
