A masonite board had been painted black, and it has white letters with remenants of 1930’s silver reflective paint. (It’s no longer reflective). The board has been framed in a heavy wood frame, with extra wood supports. The boards are loose on the support. Bottom board of outer frame is missing. We bought this sign in Utica, NY I’m an AVID sign collector. Please watch for more. Signs from my personal collection. Too many signs, and not enough walls! 28″x 45″ Flaws.
