Pinwheel neon Clock, Electric neon clock co. Vintage , Antique, outdoor neon clock. Everything works fine and clock keeps good time, the pin wheel spinner works beautifully. The marquee insert is hand-painted and was professionally done over 35 years ago. If you watch it long enough it will lull you to sleep.. When I got this pinwheel its 3 neon tubes did not work , I replaced the transformer with a heavy duty unit and the 3 color neon tubes came to life, i also wired in a toggle switch to shut off the neon if you want, and clock and pinwheel spinner keeps running if neon is off or on.. Beautiful Red , green and white neon tubes lite up the nite. Its Condition is very nice used condition , with original blue paint under the white that was painted on when car-lot bldg was painted yrs ago. Measures 15 1/4″ square and about 4″ deep. When first plugged in clock ran backwards for a few minutes. Kept perfect time for overnight. Clock is NOISY, maybe an easy fix. Metal frame shows oxidation from storage. Concave glass face looks good, no cracks. Access plate was repaired on time with a rivet.
