The porcelain sign is in very good condition on both sides and displays well. The porcelain sign measures 7’1″ across by 4’6″ tall. It has not been touched up. If the one blemish on each side were touched up it would be difficult to notice. The pole is solid with only surface rust. There is absolutely no serious rust. Could easily be cleaned up and painted. The mounting base of the pole measures 20″ by 16 1/2″. A very heavy sign. I have a tractor to load sign onto a trailer. It will fit on a 16′ foot trailer with the back end hanging out slightly. This is an original Sunoco pole sign. How many of these do you think are still out there? Large sign, around 9 feet wide. Double sided heavy plastic lighted pole sign, displays well. PLEASE VIEW ALL PHOTOS TO DETERMINE CONDITION. Sign is badly in need of a good cleaning, no cracks and it has not been opened or tested. I was planning on placing some LED lights inside it. I do have the pole mount, it is included. I do not have the pole but they’re not hard to find. Any questions just ask. Sign sells as is where is in Indianola, Iowa 50125. SINCLAIR vintage 2 sided porcelain sign with pole, 50’s/60’s Complete package NR

Folks, here is a complete Sinclair sign package, all at NO RESERVE!! Sorry, the Sinclair truck is not part of this listing! I have held on to this sign & pole for a few years, thinking I would set it up in the back yard. With the everyday challenges of life, I have no idea when I will get to it. I’d like someone else to have it that will put it up and enjoy now! SIGN: SINCLAIR Double sided, porcelain, from 50’s / 60’s era. Sign comes with the original hanging rim complete with hanging hooks (very rare). 60″ wide x 44″ tall. Condition is as pictured. Not the best but still pretty nice & will hang and display very well. As pictured, the sign has a crinkle across the top portion, along with some missing paint. This adds character and will still look great up in the air! POLE: The pole is from an old gas station many years ago. It is 12 foot tall and 9 across at the bottom end. It has the popular vintage “fluted” design that everyone desires. TOP SECTION: Also included in this sale are the materials to fabricate the top section which will bolt to the fluted pole. Pictured is a sketch of what this pole would look like, The top portion to be fabricated is highlighted in yellow. Parts are as follows: 9″ round adaptor plate, 1/2″ thick steel. Laser cut with same hole pattern as top of fluted pole. X2 pieces of 5′ long 2.5″ square steel tubing, 3/16″ wall thickness. X1 piece of 5′ long 1.5″ square steel tubing, 1/8″ wall thickness. X4 steel gussets for support at bottom of top section. FINIAL : This is a vintage decorative (hard to find) finial to be mounted at the top of your pole. Vintage White Star Mobil gas station sign and pole. Extremely Rare

This is an EXTREMELY rare sign and pole. Produce by White Star Refining Co. Which was started in New York and moved to Michigan. A definite Museum piece or the highlight of any gas station collection. You will not find another like it. White Star developed a chain of gas stations and had its own refinery, and was eventually acquired by the Vacuum Oil Company in 1930. Vacuum Oil created the red Pegasus and the Gargoyle. 1931 Socony merged with Vacuum Oil. This sign is one of the earliest and rarest with the white star circled in blue below the red Pegasus. I have searched photos on the internet of old gas stations and have not found a photo of this pole or the Pegasus with the white star. I have included a painting that shows the pole with the lower part painted red and the upper part white. I have seen this combination on other Mobil sign poles. I have had this pole 30 years. It came from a one pump store near Chelsea, Michigan. The only addition to the sign are the reflective light covers which were added to highlight the sign and not bother the neighbors. Light reflectors are headlights from 1950 MG TD and can easily be removed. Sign was relocated and still has the original concrete base. Vintage Primitive Folk Art Wood Barber Pole

I do not know how old the barber pole is. I do not know if it would be considered antique, vintage or a reproduction of some kind. The barber pole measures approximately 22 inches in height. The diameter of the base is about 3 ¾ inches. As pictured, the barber pole have a primitive appearance and shows extreme surface wear including cracks, chips, scratches, stains, discoloration, paint loss, paint blemishes and other scattered imperfections. Please note it is impossible to list each and every blemish so kindly view the pictures carefully.
