Up for sale is a Fantastic Rare Vintage Metal/Tin DEKALB Seed Dealer Agricultural Advertising Sign. This phenomenal piece provides stunning big and bold advertising graphics. Measures 29″ W x 23″H This is an original piece from original owners that is extremely difficult to find in this size and with the added characters of Seed Dealer. Our family owns a multigenerational farm and ag supply business. Our business was the original owner of this sign when it was new back in the 1960s. It has spent the last couple of decades stored inside of our business warehouse out of the weather. Condition is excellent for its age, although it does show light wear and some discoloration across the surface that adds to the character and provides a more “vintage” look. I did wipe it clean of dust and debris, but I did not attempt to use any type of product to scrub back completely white. I imagine there are products you could use to get the surface back to a “new” bright white, but again I felt that took away for the character and history of the piece. There is a slight warping/bend in the sign that would easily lay back flat once screwed down or hung. You can see this in the picture of the sign laying flat on the ground.
