Original vintage YOU’LL LIKE – BRANDIMIST – A BETTER DRINK advertising soda sign. Brandimist was a soda popular in the southern United States. I’m not sure exactly where this sign is from, but it was found in Mississippi. I have seen Brandimist bottles from Mississippi, Texas, and Georgia – of course there could have been bottlers in other states as well. This sign is made of painted metal. It measures 23″ by 12″. Condition – This is a New Old Stock sign that never had the rice paper removed. Through the years the paper has fused to the surface. You can see some “ghost” lettering where the paint transferred from a sign that was stacked on top of this one. It has some discoloration and small paint flakes. I have not attempted to clean the sign at all.
