For sale I have an original, large vintage Levis advertising banner. Made from indigo selvedge denim. Original screenprint depicts a cowboy and cowgirl on a fence, with the Levis “Big E” logo. Measures 86″ long by 30″ tall. Has original brass grommets. This is a very rare piece of mid century, American advertising at its finest! Condition: The screenprint in faded in areas, especially where it’s been folded over the years. All grommets are in tact and not tearing from the denim. Selvedge seam is perfect, no fraying or tearing along top or bottom edge. Side edges are unfinished (no seam) but appear not to have been cut or modified in any manner (the graphic’s cropping is exactly proportioned and at an even 86 length). There are some small holes along the edges where it appears to have been tacked to a wall. Aside from that, this original Levis advertising piece is in pristine condition.
