Here is a sign that you do not come across everyday. The shade of the piece has a fan blade that fits in at the top that sits on a rod in the center, and at the base there is the regular light bulb (which is included). I have the piece mounted on a small table top frame that I made, which can be removed and the piece just hung on the wall with its built in hanger (which is the original way of display). While the shade is on the base, when the bulb heats up, the hot air travels upwards, and then through the fan causing the piece to turn, I have tried it a few times and it goes around just fine. On the shade there are four scenes, one of a northern muskie pike jumping out of the water with a fishing hook in its mouth, the second is a cowboy carrying his saddle in his hands while watching a second cowboy riding a bull at the rodeo, the third is a pair of antelopes grazing in a field, and the fourth is of two pheasants that got roosted up during a hunt out on the farm field as the barn and house are in the background. All of the scenes are signed by the artist Les Kouba, who is known for his paintings, and wildlife scenes, throughout Minnesota. The shade measures 8 inches in diameter and 10 inches tall, the complete piece measures 21 inches tall with the stand. This would be a great decor piece for your beer man cave.
