Vintage Kodak enamel advertising Store Display SIGN. Traditional Kodak yellow, and red colored metal advertising sign. Three(3) pieces all together in this sign. All pieces are double sided. The main Kodak sign can be hung, or mounted to a building by the fold over bracket on the end. The Kodak sign measures approx. The center hanging sing says Carhart Photo Inc. ” on it, and measures 5×12″. This middle portion of this sign is made of plastic. Small damage to the sign where the hook goes through it that needs repair. The third part of this hanging sign says “We do developing-printing” on it, and measures 3×16. This Kodak colored store sign is in Ex- or 7.5 out of 10 cosmetic condition. Some small signs of wear. Nice overall condition with bright colors for this vintage Kodak store sign. THERE WAS A FIRE, SO TOWER RECORDS AND ELECTRA AGREED TO MAKE ANOTHER ONE TO REPLACE THE ONE DAMAGED IN THE FIRE. BY THE TIME SOLBROOK DISPLAY COULD HAVE IT CREATIVE SIGN PAINTERS PAINT ANOTHER ONE, IT WAS ALREADY TIME FOR ANOTHER RECORD COMPANY’S PROMOTION FOR THAT VERY VALUABLE ADVERTISING SPACE. SO IT NEVER WAS INSTALLED ON TOWER RECORDS. AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS PAT SOLBROOK THE OWNER TALKED TO ELECTRA RECORDS AND HAD RECEIVED SPECIAL WRITTEN PERMISSION TO SELL IT TO ME.
