Operating condition – Tested – Starters seems to work well, but the bulbs are not present and will need to be put in. Hands on clock move as intended and seems to keep good time. Shows paint wear and rusting on the metal portion of the case and some crazing on the plastic front. I dont see any dents or cracks.
