Vintage retro rare huge Nintendo super brite store display sign. Exc. Cond

Circa 1988 not sure, but definitely 80’s! This works by using three fluorescents inside the sign to give it a neon-like appearance. The sign is a huge 36″ long, 16″ tall and 6 deep. Made of heavy duty steel, weighs about 30 pounds. No rust, minimal scratches, in excellent working condition. There is a bit of electrical tape wrapped around a small portion of the cord, which does not affect workability in any way. Came to me when a friend left it to move abroad, and has lived in my basement since then. I tried to show just how good this sign is with pics, as a well as a youtube video. Original Pepsi advertising sign/clock. Huge 30″ X 40″ X 8. Seventies era clock in great vintage condition all original – screws, hangers, feet, paint, light fixtures. A couple of small cracks in white plastic in the very center of the clock around clock motor behind hands. No missing pieces – can be repaired. Blue metal frame all intact with some scratches. Clock is fully operational with smooth hand movement – no clicking or ticking; keeps perfect time. 3 vertical fluorescent lights – only the center and right fluorescent lights are operational – left fixture does not have a bulb and I do not know if it is working. Clear pyrex or plexi glass sign cover in great condition with some scratches, upper left corner crack on flange and lower right corner. Back of the sign is fully intact excellent condition. Time adjustment key on right side fully operational forward backward. The small imperfections in this great advertisement vintage piece disappear as soon as you plug this beauty in – with its vibrant red and blue Pepsi colors and large black hands. This huge clock is something you would see in a drugstore, grocery store, deli, diner, pizza shop, arcade, bar, man cave, or mechanic shop. Photos are with lights off and on both sign and room.
