This is a BE ALERT UBS BEAR vintage genuine porcelain sign and it is in excellent condition, with vibrant and rich colors just as it had when originally manufactured. STILL has a nice glossy shine as it is actual porcelain. A true collectible piece that displays beautifully. Minor chips in the outer field, as well as some moderate rusting around the mounting holes, as is to be expected from being displayed outside and hanging in the elements. Really, beautiful layers of porcelain. It is USED and was hanging being displayed outside. MATERIAL: PORCELAIN ON SOLID METAL (real genuine steel, not fake reproduction tin junk, Magnet sticks firmly as verification). I JUST LOVE THE BEAUTIFUL COLORS THAT REALLY POPS ON THE WALL AND LOOKS GREAT. THIS DOES NOT HAVE HEAVY SHELVING BUT IS VERY HEAVY AND MADE OF THICK SOLID BAKED METAL & WEIGHTS OVER 1 POUND, 6 OUNCES. THIS SIGN IS VERY HEAVY GAUGE METAL AND DOES NOT BEND.
