Has been hung up in the top of the garage for 30 years now so has minimal damage and super solid for an old wooden sign as it has not been outside at all but there is a few spots as pictured. I did not clean it as I didn’t to mess up anything. Sign is 5ft long weighs 15 pounds. This item is part of my 7800sqft estate sale which is our retired 1800’s school turned to a mechanics garage that we are retiring from everything is priced to sell.
