Vintage Hanging Light-Up Telephone Sign

Welcome to Street Dreams in Texas as we celebrate our 18th year in the classic and muscle car business. We are always finding cool stuff! This is one of the simplest, but one of the coolest signs! It does light up. It has a toggle switch as well as a lamp switch on the cord. The cord is very long around 18-20ft. Although we have not yet put it on display in the shop it would really be an eye catcher. Especially if you have one of those land lines of the olden days. Line a room with a nice stained wood, and then add a leather chair and a wood door with glass pains. The sign is a real cool piece by itself. Coca-cola Coke Hanging Light-up Electric Neon Shop Advertising Sign 31 Vtg

COCA-COLA COKE HANGING LIGHT-UP ELECTRIC NEON SHOP ADVERTISING SIGN 31 VTG. Found whilst clearing my late fathers lock-up. The cable had been previously cut, but I managed to draw enough through to make a temporary connection. Surprisingly this still works, and judging by the short time delay before it takes to come alive, there must be a fluorescent tube inside. This is exactly as found with a little light corrosion to the alloy case and a few spots of paint on the top. Glass appears in good shape and the bottom has a panel in also. Chains above for suspending it are a little rusty, but I think this has been used previously indoors, and most likely destined for a man-cave scenario one day! I have no idea how old this is and can only assume that as it has a definite feeling of age to it, it is original. There is some scope to improve the appearance of this, and it would be time well spent. Collection in person from DE249DD if required. If you wish me to quote more accurately, I need to know your country and zip-code please. GSP will probably work out cheapest and easiest however.
