VINTAGE OUTDOOR LIGHTED SIGN 5’x6′ AMERICAN MOTORS USED CARS AMC DEARLERSHIP

VINTAGE OUTDOOR LIGHTED SIGN. RARE AMC DEARLERSHIP SIGN. AMERICAN MOTORS USED CARS. Condition is “Used” Please see photos. This was on a pole until the mid 80s at a FORD dealership. Then it was put up against the building for the next 40 plus years. Said It worked when it was taken off, but I’m guessing it would need some wiring and most likely balast after sitting that long. There is a eye hook on the top of sign which could use to hang from if prefered over putting on pole again. Both sides have breaks in plastic, one side is way better than the other. One side has a couple cracks in the upper left corner. The other side has a big chunk out. Figure could take off and put a metal back on and just hang on wall. Or possible could fix plastic. The housing is made of aluminum and in good condition. Any questions just ask. This piece is sturdy and basically sound with weathered exterior as shown. There is a Thordason Ballast evident on the right side as seen from the top. The neon is all gone with bits here and there also as shown. Certainly a wonderful relic from a by gone era. With some restoration this can become a working neon sign once again. Vintage Drive In Movie Theater Outdoor Working Electric Lighted Sign Marquis

It is our understanding that this sign was originally the drive in movie theater sign in Harvey, North Dakota. At some point it was recommissioned and became the Harvey, North Dakota Eagles Club sign. When the Eagles club bought a new sign we acquired it and used it as a decoration inside our coffee shop. It is a working sign. The main body lights up as shown in the first picture by plugging it in to a normal electric outlet. It looks like at some point it had neon attached. The insulators are still on the sign but no neon remains. The dimensions of the sign are 8′ long x 6′ tall x 1′ wide. The sign comes with all of the letters/numbers and the custom box that hold the letters/numbers. For your consideration is this authentic Golden Arches Original McDonalds Sign. It’s plastic and is the front of a back-lit unit. It’s 63″ wide at the base, 51″ tall and about 3 deep. There some rough spots around the edges, but the body is intact with no cracks, see photos. A portion of the proceeds of this sale will be donated to Denver area charities that help kids in crisis. Rare Vintage 1900s American Outdoor storefront Hanging Jeweler Trade Sign. Ive owned this fantastic piece for over 40 years and its in terrific condition for its age. Remarkably intact and attributed to the ed. This is a 19th century antique American outdoor storefront hanging jeweler or. This piece is a double-sided pocket watch advertising sign which features an ornamental cast iron bezel adorned with surrounding embossed letter banners interspersed with floral rosettes. The intact fluted crown and bow or stationary ring are original. Weve replaced the glass with new old stock and had it repainted to match the original. The lettering was also touched up by a period artist. I do have the original hand painted glass (see pictures) the hand-painted clock face, featuring black enameled roman numerals with hour and minute hands, and is comprised of pressed zinc. The clock also lights up and was rewired for safety. The original gilded finish applied to the bezel and banners are fully intact. There is some minor surface wear, discoloration, chipping, etc. Increasingly hard to find these watch trade signs with the original i. This is an outstanding piece. Ive seen one other but this one is in much better condition. This piece also has what I believe to be the original hanging bracket. The item is extremely heavy over 75 lbs.
