Vintage Cold Beer Neon Sign Tall Shipping Available

Very cool cold beer sign has a great look even when not lighted. The sign for “cold beer” was painted over another old sign with an art deco shaped tin face. The sign face is old and I think the repaint is sometime in 50’s or 60’s. The neon is new and the “can” had to be rebuilt to accommodate the neon attachments and transformer inside. We used corrugated steel around the outside which gives it a cool industrial look. The back is also new as is the inside frame. Found in the mid west this is a cool sign for a restaurant, bar or entertainment room. The sign is 80 1/2″ tall and 29″ wide and 9 1/2 deep including the neon. It can be hung by two eye hooks on the top and operated with a pull on/off string on back. You can see this sign and others in person at the Old State Theater Antique Mall in Columbia, PA. 9 Feet Tall Coca Cola Bottle Metal Sign! . Tin metal Embossed Advertising Sign. You just dont find them like this anymore! The coke bottle sign is in excellent condition with only minor scuffs and scratches and little rust up towards the top. It has been screwed on plywood back cut out perfectly to fit the bottle sign. 1950s is the year. Came from country store gas station. Total size of this sign is 108 inches Tall and 30 inches wide. I have a really cool life size Hamburgler up for sale. We believe the figure was in a Mcdonald’s playground at one time. There are some scratches on the surface and some weathering of the paint. The figure appears to be a high density plastic and weighs around 50 lbs if I had to estimate. There are a couple of small holes on the figure the size a pellet gun might make. Vintage Gas Pump, Survivor Tokheim 39 Tall, 4 window, Standard, Globe, Sign

<<< Tokheim 39 Tall, 4 window Gas Pump >>>. This pump is a survivor pump, the painted finishes on all the panels are original patina. This pump is really interesting, has various layers of decals that are still visible all over it, you have to look close! There are remnants of American Standard, Red Crown labels, etc. We, at Road Rash Restorations, did the following to this pump. We treated this pump like we were doing a typical complete restoration, expect we retained the original finish wherever possible. Pump was disassembled down to the frame and cleaned thoroughly. We adjusted the meter so that it turns and dings. The pumping mechanism is no longer in the pump to reduce weight and for safety. All the panels were straightened as necessary and coated in matte clear for protection. The front and back door ad glass are original AMERICAN ad glass panels. The side ad glass panels have been recreated using mylar under glass. The colors match well. The globe is not original but reproduction, painted in patina to match. The signs on the doors I recreated based on earlier graphics that were on the pump. If you would like, the signs can just be simply removed, they just screw off. I have pictures of this pump with the signs on and off. The pump has been completely rewired with new grounded three prong wiring. A dimmer switch is installed, accessible from the side panel. There is also an external on/off switch. The doors do open, close, and lock. It’s a little bit of a pain, but that’s just how they worked! Easy once you get the hang of it. If you are a John Deere fanatic, this is something special that you should have in your collection. It’s a vintage 1970’s John Deere dealership “ENTRANCE” sign that used to tell customers where they could enter their local John Deere establishment. It has a couple of bumps, dents and bruises, but it’s original. The sign stands approximately 40 tall from the bottom of the base to the top of the sign. The meaty part of the sign is approximately 50″ long, 14″ high and another 4 1/2 in depth. If I was going to keep this, I would consider sand blasting the base and a majority of the sign, then repainting it in John Deere green. When done, I would proudly display this piece alongside my other special John Deere pieces.
