VTG Original Breakfast Neon Diner Restaurant Sign Restored Rebuilt Galvanneal

This sign was completely rebuilt around the 2 “Breakfast” faces that were a recent barn find. Red neon is all new, as is the entire can and transformer. The faces were hand painted on galvanneal, which paint notoriously peels from. For this reason, both sides have been coated with a clear satin enamel to prevent further peeling. As you can see from the photos, the paint on one side has peeled considerably more than on the other. The faces are most likely from the late 50s, early 60s. Sign is double sided, and measures approx. 14″ tall (not including eye hooks), 8″ deep (no including glass), and 4′ wide. Please contact me with any questions before purchasing. Vintage Original 1940’s Neon Tri-Color Restored Advertising Sign. This unique sign is from the Union Hotel Clinton Street Binghamton, New York. Clinton Street was a mile stretch of taverns, boutiques, and attractions in Binghamton’s First Ward starting in late 1800’s to present. Today Clinton Street is known for its many antique shops and attractions. This” One of a Kind” jewel was a fixture on the exterior of the Union Hotel circa 1888 from the 1940’s through 1970’s until it fell in need of total repair, was removed from the building and stored. The result was breathtaking!!! Back to all it’s Glory in it’s rare tri-colors of green, orange, pink… This jewel would make a statement in any space, loft, industrial setting…. Truly a wonderful piece of neon on steel hand crafted 1940’s Americana. Sign is double sided and wired currently for 110v and has 3 prong plug. The tips were missing, so I had new tips fabricated & painted to match. Mix of new and old paint, new paint is aged to look patinaed. Dimensions: 73 long, 19 wide at the base, 11 deep including neon tubes. All new neon & wiring, classic magnetic transformer. Ready to hang, or can stand up on ends as shown. Vintage 1941 Neon COCA COLA Electric Wall Clock FULLY RESTORED COKE Sign

Circa 1941 Coca Cola clock fully refurbished. Immaculate restoration, correct as is possible to make one. Case was sandblasted and correctly repainted in brown wrinkle pain, new clock motor, new neon, new transformer, new cord, reproduction reverse painted glass. Clean as they come and ready to enjoy. The hands and face are original unrestored. The face is absolutely beautiful with only some minor paint deterioration where the neon comes through the face. The case is punched with two original holes, one on the side and one on the top. This was a top adjusting clock so I added a switch in the side hole so that the neon could be turned on and off independent of the clock motor. This is a nice feature if you don’t want the neon running all the time. Clock measure 15.25″ x 15.25″ x 4.75. I have taken out the glass and packaged it separately and installed a piece of cardboard over the clock face. Hands are separated by tissue paper. If you want a dependable and beautiful clean example of this great 1941 clock this one ought to provide years of trouble free service.
