IT HAS BEEN WELL MAINTAINED , AND WAS BOUGHT AT A GUN SHOW IN ST. LOUIS SEVERAL YEARS AGO. THE HAND ADJUSTER IS THE KNOB ON THE BACK , WORKS FINE ALONG SIDE THE WIND-UP KEY THAT TURNS WITH EASE. THE FACE HAS SOME STAINING , BUT THE COLOR STILL LOOKS GOOD WITHOUT ANY FADING , SO IT DISPLAYS GREAT. THE BRASS MOVEMENT HAS BEEN OILED AND IS ALSO VERY CLEAN AS SHOWN.
