An original early 20th century Michelin shield shape advertising sign in enamel – yellow and blue. Marked 40/60/1.4S to the bottom. Great look and original automobila associations, the sign is a perfect displayable size measuring 32 inches by 24 Inches, and protruding when mounted by just under 2cm. The sign has some age related wear, all the imagery and text remain strong, as do the colours. There is some small scraping mark’s to the front and small corroded areas particularly around the edge – see photos. The photos I have provided display a completely accurate representation of the condition. Would make a fantastic and collectable gift or display piece pretty much anywhere!
